No38 The Park is known for its beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, some even reaching 58 square meters, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. Many guests appreciate the hotel's proximity to The Centaur, about a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is consistently mentioned as superb, though a few guests felt that some rooms could use more closet space or luggage racks, but it doesn't diminish the overall positive experience.

Underwhelming Stay

nearby parkcooking smellslack of lift
The location was okay. The hotel is near a park.
My room faced the kitchen. All cooking smells came through it! I was also disappointed by the lack of a lift and had to lug my suitcase upstairs. Which was quite annoying.

cramped roomnon-functional remote
I have to be honest, the room was not entirely up to par. i booked a "superior king room," or so i thought. it ended up feeling a bit cramped, and the promised park view was mostly just a view of a parking lot. the tv remote also didn't work. I had to get up and manually change channels like some sort of caveman. i also noticed some strange noise in the night. I suspect the walls are not very soundproofed.

Excellent Room Design and Breakfast

helpful staffparking optionbeautiful designavailable upgrade
I enjoyed the breakfast they served. It was first class. The staff were helpful and cute. The parking options were very good too. I choose the room directly through their website and it offers a few perks for doing so. Both rooms I stayed in across the weekend was fine with beautiful design. Rooms were also comfortable.
The bar person was very accommodating in staying up as long as we required. I required an upgrade for the quieter Sunday evening. They happily obliged, and rooms I stayed in was luxury. I didn't get the chance to try the restaurant this time, but it looked fantastic.
Facilities

The bar area feature soft lighting and comfortable seating. There is also a selection of cocktails available. The restaurant had large windows that offered views of the surrounding greenery and a calm atmosphere.
